What the audit finds

Most of what wrong orders cost never shows up in a report. The audit puts a number on it.

  • Missed sales

Orders that came too late or too small, so a product or size sold out while customers still wanted it.

  • Markdown losses

Stock you had to discount because you bought the wrong sizes or variants, too many of what didn’t sell.

  • The size pattern

Which sizes run dry first and which sit, with the days each one was out of stock and the money tied up in what didn’t sell.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The audit is part of Sizo’s Free plan. No card, no trial that turns into a charge.

What data does Sizo read?

Orders, line items by product and variant, stock levels and returns from the last 12 months, read-only through Shopify’s official API. Sizo doesn’t keep your customers’ names, emails or addresses.

Does it change anything in my store?

No. The connection is read-only. Nothing in your products, stock or orders changes.

How long does it take?

Installing takes about two minutes. The report is ready inside the app once Sizo has read your year; for most stores that’s the same day.

What happens after the audit?

You can stay on the Free plan, or upgrade if you want Sizo to recommend your next orders. You can uninstall at any time.
