# Sizo > Sizo is a Shopify app for fashion brands that turns store data into ordering decisions. It learns how a store sells (every product, size, shop and season, and how they connect) and tells the team what to order next: how much, in which sizes, and where each unit should go, with the reasoning behind it. You don't need another report. You need a decision. Sizo connects to Shopify in one click, read-only. It starts free with an audit of what wrong orders cost the store over the last 12 months. Official site: https://sizo-ai.com/. The full text of the site's key pages, in one file: https://sizo-ai.com/llms-full.txt ## What Sizo does - **Builds a model of your shop.** Sizo reads order history, line items by SKU and size, stock levels, locations and returns, and connects every product to how it sells: by size, by shop (including online), by season. - **Decides how much to order.** For each product it recommends a total quantity and the split by size, with a Conservative, Regular and Aggressive option, and checks the supplier's minimum order and lead time. Example from the site's example store: 240 units of a rib-knit sweater, S 48, M 80, L 80, XL 32. - **Decides where each unit goes.** It splits the order between the brand's shops and online, following how fast each one sells. In the example store: SoHo Flagship 120, Online 64, Austin Store 56. - **Answers questions in plain English.** Merchants ask about their own shop ("What should I focus on before winter?", "Which shop needs stock first?") and get a conclusion with its reasons, not a report. - **Drafts the order, never sends it.** Sizo prepares a draft purchase order for the supplier. The team reviews it, changes it and sends it themselves. - **Flags what is urgent.** Orders to review are ranked by urgency (for example "Order today to avoid a stockout"), with the estimated sales at risk. Urgent sell-out and restock alerts are on the paid plans. - **Removes censored demand.** Days when a size was out of stock are excluded from demand, so recommendations reflect what customers wanted, not only what was left to buy. ## The free audit: what wrong orders cost The audit reads the last 12 months of orders and stock and measures the money lost to wrong orders: sales missed because an order came too late or too small, and stock sold at markdown because the wrong sizes were bought. It ranks the store's biggest misses by product and size and shows how much of the loss can be won back. Free, no card, read-only, about two minutes to connect. - Free audit: https://sizo-ai.com/lost-revenue ## Results: Dé Rococo (published case study) Dé Rococo is an Israeli fashion brand on Shopify Plus with several locations, working with Sizo since February 2026. - Before Sizo: 3.1% of revenue was lost to wrong orders and orders placed too late (roughly half the market average), 18% of the catalogue was affected by stockouts, and one product report took 30 minutes or more by hand. - 77% of that lost revenue was closed within six months. - Units sold: +65% in one year, +257% in two. - Stockouts on selling sizes fixed within 30 days: 49% → 68.9% (within 14 days: 36.7% → 56.0%). - 65% of size-mix loss gone; demand lost to missing sizes 14.9% → 5.2%. - Up to 95% of the working time spent on ordering decisions cut; a product report now takes seconds. - "Sizo does in seconds what used to take me and my employee a long time and pull us away from other work, saving us money on every single order." Shon & Romy Spector, co-founders, Dé Rococo. Other brands using Sizo include Maayan Paz, Aimèe, ATA, Daniella Shevel and De Base. - Case study: https://sizo-ai.com/case-study-de-rococo - All case studies: https://sizo-ai.com/case-studies ## Who it's for Founders, buyers and merchandising teams at fashion and apparel brands on Shopify who decide what to reorder, how much, in which sizes, and for which shop. Sizo focuses on restocks, where it can measure real demand. - Platforms: Shopify today. ERPs, data warehouses and other integrations are available on request. ## Questions and answers - **What does Sizo do?** Sizo learns how your store sells, by product, size, shop and season, and tells you what to order next: how much, in which sizes, and where each unit should go. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it. - **How does Sizo decide how much to order?** It looks at what each size really sold, how fast it sells in each shop and online, what is still in stock, returns, the season ahead and your supplier's lead time and minimums. Then it suggests a quantity, with a lighter and a bolder option next to it. - **Does Sizo place orders for me?** No. Sizo drafts the order. You review it, change it and send it yourself. Nothing goes to a supplier without you. - **What data does Sizo read, and is it safe?** Order history, line items by SKU and size, stock levels and returns, read-only through Shopify's official API. Nothing personal about your customers. - **What does the free audit show?** What wrong orders cost you over the last 12 months: missed sales from orders that came too late or too small, and stock sold at markdown because the wrong sizes were bought. For most brands the first recommendations arrive the same day. - **Which platforms does it work with?** Shopify today, in one click, read-only and with no dev work. Other integrations on request. - **What about new products with no sales history?** Sizo focuses on restocks, where it can measure real demand.
